Indore's Ujjaini Sev  (Namkeen / Farsan)  is the ideal ready to eat snack. It is made from gram flour (Chane ka atta), also contains carom seeds (ajwain), black pepper (Kali Mirch), red chilli, turmeric (Haldi Powder) and a wide variety of authentic proprietary spices to enhance the taste, flavour and aroma.
